Commercial Restoration
Water, fire, storm and mold losses in occupied buildings, handled so the building keeps operating. One team from containment through tenant-ready rebuild.
Downtime is the real loss
A commercial loss is measured in closed doors, displaced tenants and calls you have to return. The first day decides how long that lasts, so we run it to a plan instead of improvising.
Contain and isolate
Stop the source, isolate the affected area, and set containment so unaffected suites, corridors and stock stay open and clean.
Solve access once
Keys, codes, alarm contacts, loading dock and elevator rules are settled on the first call, so night crews are not waiting on a locked door.
Give you something to send
A written scope, equipment map and daily status you can forward to tenants, ownership and the adjuster without rewriting it.
Document for the claim
Moisture readings, photo reports and drying logs from the first visit, kept through the job and handed over as one record.
Buildings that cannot simply close
Property management
Single points of contact, per-unit scopes and documentation ownership expects.
Retail and restaurants
Overnight and off-hours work so the floor is sellable when the doors open.
Offices and medical
Containment, air scrubbing and phased work around patients, records and IT.
Multi-unit residential
Losses that cross units and common areas, scoped unit by unit for the claim.
Churches and schools
Large open structures, aging mechanicals and a calendar that will not move.
Light industrial
Warehouse and shop floors where stock, power and production come first.
White box buildout after a loss
When a tenant space has to come back to a clean shell, we take it there: demolition and haul-off, structural repair, level floors, primed walls, capped utilities, code-correct lighting and life safety. A space a broker can show and a tenant can finish.
Because the crew that dried the building is the crew that rebuilds it, nothing gets rediscovered at the handoff — and 25+ years of construction work means the finish reads as original, not repaired.
